Background
“HuangQiu” rubber shoes was founded in 1958, China's leading brand of rubber shoes, Zhejiang old. Its more than 1,000 offline stores throughout the country, with the rise of the “national trend wind”, product sales have increased year by year. The project is located in the Global Shoes e-commerce warehouse - Global Rui'an warehouse, the total warehouse area of 20,000 square meters, the average daily shipment of 10,000-30,000 orders.

The cooperation between Global Rui'an Warehouse and Ke Cang Intelligence began in 2019, and now 6 sets of “automatic PE film packing system”, 2 sets of “semi-automatic carton packing system” and 2 sets of “wild sweeping collection system” have been put on line. “The daily processing orders of 1-50,000 single, one person one machine, packing area configuration staff no more than 10 people.
Automatic PE Film Packing System
The packing and labeling of 25-30 pairs of shoes can be completed in one minute, i.e. 1500-1800 packages per hour.
Semi-Automatic Carton Packing System
Applied to high-quality “Gettowork” platform orders, it can finish packing and labeling 20 pairs of shoes in one minute, i.e. handling 1,200 parcels per hour.
Rapid collection
The “Rush Collection System” is equipped with a high-speed conveyor line that seamlessly connects to the courier system, instantly updating order logistics information and accounting for the daily volume of shipments.
